Congratulations on being selected for Heart Failure University! You were nominated to attend this conference because you are tomorrow’s physician leaders in this important field. HFU will implement teaching strategies in an interactive format, presenting, discussing, and debating all available preventative, diagnostic, therapeutic and management options for heart failure.

Once you submit your registration, you will be contacted by our travel agent, McVeigh Associates, with a tentative itinerary for approval. You should plan to arrive in Los Angeles by 5pm on Friday, December 7th. Departing flights will be scheduled for after 2:00pm on Sunday, December 9th.
